Online Ordering
All online purchases are handled securely and payments
are processed by PayPal, the global leader in online
payments. In stock items
will be shipped within 72 hours of receipt of order and
payment. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Fridays are
generally shipped
the following Monday. If you are not comfortable placing
an order online, we also offer phone ordering.
Phone Ordering
Placing your order by phone is easy.
Call in your order to 888-621-9682 .
Once you have called in your order, Held in Love will provide
you with your invoice via fax or mail (according to your request).
Payment is expected within 7 days of order placement. Acceptable
forms of payment are via paypal or via check or money order
made payable to Held in Love Pillows. Please make sure payment
is
drawn up on U.S. funds. Please mail payment to:

In stock items will be shipped within 72 hours of successful
deposit of funds. Please note that banks may delay the availability
of funds.
Any returned check is subject to a $30 return check fee.
Phone/Fax Order Disclosure : Orders that are paid by check
are subject to delay to allow time for checks to clear. Please
allow
up to 10 days for checks to clear. Once your are an established
account this will no longer apply. Orders paid by money order
will normally be shipped the same day we receive them. Please
be sure to have checks and money orders drawn up on U.S. funds.
We do not accept currency other than US currency. Because there
may be a time lag between when the order is placed and when
the payment is cleared in our account, items that were in stock
at
the time of order placement, may become unavailable when time
comes to ship the order. Should this happen, we will notify
you and will ship your item as soon as it becomes available
again.

have selected Fed Ex as our shipping service provider.
Shipping
Disclosure : Should you wish to rush
your delivery, please feel free to contact us before
or immediately
after placing your order. Because we try to fulfill
your order as quickly as possible, any request for
rush delivery
received more than 12 hours after receipt of your
order may not be possible as your item may already
have been
shipped.
Withinthe U.S. , please allow three
to five business days* for delivery from the day
we ship.
Outside te U.S. , please allow anywhere
from seven to twenty-one days*.

International/Canada
Canada
- Orders
shipped to Canadian addresses are shipped via
Federal Express International. and takes
2 to 3 business days to reach Customs. Canadian
Airmail is available by special request takes
from 5 to 15 business days to reach Customs.
International
- Orders shipped to addresses outside the U.S.
and Canada may be placed online or by contacting
the office, toll-free at 1-888-621-9682. Federal
Express and UPS International take approximately
3-5 business days to reach Customs. Foreign Airmail
takes from 2 to 5 weeks, depending on location.
Please note that international orders cannot
always be shipped same day.
Please note Federal Express is the only shipping
method available for international orders placed
online. UPS and International Airmail may be
specifically requested. Please contact the office
(by phone or email) to place your order using
these alternate shipping methods.
International customers may be subject to import
duties, fees and taxes, which are levied after
a shipment reaches their country. If a shipment
is rejected because of customs clearance charges
or refusal to accept delivery, the customer will
be responsible for any fees incurred, including
international shipment and handling.
Cancellations
Because
we try to fulfill your order as quickly as possible,
please follow the below procedure for cancellation.
Please contact us immediately upon your decision to cancel
We will respond within 24 hours to let you know whether or not
your item has already shipped.
If your item has not already shipped, your order will be
cancelled and your purchase amount refunded within 48 hours
minus a 3%
restocking fee.
If your item has already shipped, simply return the merchandise
upon receipt and upon our receipt and inspection of the
returned merchandise, a refund will be issued minus the
shipping charges
and minus the 3% restocking fee.
Returns
I want you
to love our pillows and pouches as much as I love making them. I take great care
in providing a quality product that you will enjoy. If you
receive your pillows and/or pouches and feel that the condition that
is not consistent with our representation, please let us know within
30 days and we’ll do our best to make you happy. If we’re
unable to, you may ship your item(s) back to us for a refund of your
original purchase price.
Please note the following in regards to our return
policy:
Pillows and /or pouches must be returned within 30 days
of receipt
Pillows and/or pouches must be in the same condition
as were received in order to receive full credit. Any
returned pillows and/or pouches must be a accompanied
by an Authorization Number. Please contact my office either via email or phone
to receive your Auth # and be sure to include your Auth# with your return shipment.
Any pillows and/or pouches that are being returned for exchange must be accompanied
by an Exchange Number. Please contact our office either via email or phone to
receive your Exchange # and be sure to include your Exchange # with your return
shipment. We recommend that you fully insure any pillow and/or pouch that you
return for your own protection. All pillows and/or pouch will be inspected prior
to a credit being issued. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment
was received.
Exchanges will be processed within 7 business days of receipt.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
